Marketing Coordinator
Department: Marketing
Job Purpose:
To work with the marketing staff to ensure the smooth and on-time flow of materials
and resources in and out of the marketing department on a global level.
Major Responsibilities:
Support Product Marketing Manager(s) in their daily workload, based on specific
products and special projects. Work with the marketing staff to develop and maintain
systems for tracking and ensuring the timely delivery of complete working digital
files for all marketing materials from inception through completion. This includes,
but is not limited, to materials for packaging, advertising, PR and sales pieces
on a global level.
Qualifications:
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a self starter. Ability to work independently
and take ownership of special projects. Ability to create and maintain systems
for organizing and tracking workflow is essential. High level of technical competence
on Mac and PC platforms and a thorough understanding of all software involved;
QuarkXPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, In Design, and FTP protocols.
